monitoring processes as well. We can help with setting up turnkey
operations or just augmenting your existing lines.
We have tried and proven molding,
applicator assembly and packaging equipment for sale. We can
also design, test, mill and deliver specialized dies for both
the handle molding processes as well as the foam shaping and
cutting dies.

Getting the right foam, the right
configuration, the right plastics mix and the right standards
takes time. We have the experience and expertise to short cut
a lot of trial and error costs. We can supply custom foam in
custom cut dimensions. We can manufacture and supply custom designed
plastic handles for the applicators of your choice.
Our product line is very customer specific. Each swab
and applicator was designed to customer specifications. Our engineers
can help you design and build that custom swab or applicator
to fit those very niche markets that require treated foams or
even 2 part chemical processes.
